If you need to return the product, for a better analyse by our technician, the expeditions fees will be at your charge.
Once we receive your product our technician will analyze then ask the brand.
Depending what the brand said: - Warranty confirmed: we return a fixed/new product. We cover the expedition fees. - If warranty does not cover the issue: if you want to get your product back to fix it/sale it, expedition fees will be at your charge.
