- Many warranty can be approuve/treated by e-mail with pictures and videos.
- If you need to return the product, for a better analyse by our technician, the expeditions fees will be at your charge.
- Once we receive your product our technician will analyze then ask the brand.
- Depending what the brand said:
- Warranty confirmed: we return a fixed/new product. We cover the expedition fees.
- If warranty does not cover the issue: if you want to get your product back to fix it/sale it, expedition fees will be at your charge.
