Bottom brackets are the bearings installed on the frame to spin the crank.
MID BB : The most used in Freestyle. They fit into the frame with pressure on both side.
US / AMERICAN BB : Very often build on the 20'' BMX complete bike.
EURO BB : They are differentiated by the thread, they are screwed into the frame. Widely used in Race.
SPANISH BB : Only used by few brands, they look like MID BB except that the diameter is smaller.
The BB can be in diameter of 19mm, 22mm or 24mm. We advice to choose Bottom Bracket of the same diameter as the axle of your crank.
