A BMX rim is not a complete wheel ! We talk about rim when we only talk about the circle of the wheel. The standard diameter of a BMX rim is 20''. Double wall rims are stronger than single wall rims. Almost always offered with 36 holes, the positioning of the spokes can change according to the rim models. Note that some rims are adapted to welcome brake pads and others are not !
To lace your own wheel, you also need some spokes and a front hub, or Cassette hub or Freeco hub.
