1 - Our team made a mistake in your order.

You findout that there is mistake in your order or a wrong information about a product on the website so you want to return the product. Just need to send an email at contact@brosstore.fr or call us +33 6 85 17 58 97.

Afterwise, we send you a return label, and manage to fix the problem as fast as possible.


2 - You want to return a product that dont fits you (size or expectation).

You wish to return a product because of the size, color, expectation, or because you change your mind.

Just send the parcel at BROS, 68 rue de marseille, 69007 LYON. Add your receipt, name and order number.

Once we receive the products, we can edit a special voucher code equal to the amount of returned product. Voucher code is valid for 1 year.

Expedition fees are on your own.


Be careful, all returned product need to be send with their packaging, never used, never assembled.


Two options to send back the products:


- Pay directly at your local postal agency


- We made a return label and pay expedition fees. They will be deduced (9euros) on the voucher. Dont forget to warn us by phone or email.

For more efficiency you can reorder the good product today and use the voucher later.
